Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.
• Ability to perform mildly complex financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and track training of all client standards, tooling, and operational excellence expectations.
• Lead training and compliance for tooling usage.
• Collaborate with client Operational Excellence and Tooling teams to ensure training materials and protocols are consistent, efficient, and compliant across sites.
• Apply programs, tools, and resources to assist in training contingent workforce.
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness and completion rates; identify areas for process optimization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula and documentation for new hires and ongoing skill development.
