Job summary

Everstand seeks a Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator to support QA, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and DC. Based in Baltimore, you will ensure services meet quality standards, licensing requirements, and accreditation expectations.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with excellent communication and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, capable of managing multiple projects with deadlines in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in documentation audits, compliance, or data analysis; or an Associate degree and at least three years of related experience.
• Familiarity with Maryland and/or District of Columbia residential care regulations.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification; valid driver's license; background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Support quality improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor licensing, accreditation, regulatory, and funding compliance.
• Assist with audits, corrective action plans, and staff training.
• Prepare and analyze reports on program outcomes, incidents, and surveys; create dashboards for decision-making.
