Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Advanced certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
• 6 years of electrical experience with leadership in quality and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the primary Quality and Commissioning Program Manager for designated clients.
• Assist in project setup and startup phases until a full-time PM is assigned.
• Attend program-level meetings to align with client expectations and goals.
• Contribute to site-level meetings to drive quality and commissioning consistency.
• Evaluate field-level staff to uphold quality/commissioning standards.
• Oversee program and project management across specific efforts and geography.
• Coordinate subcontracting for specialized support when needed.
• Develop and execute training programs for team skill enhancement.
