Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Quality Control Foreman to oversee commissioning services, coordinate the Commissioning Plan, and conduct on-site quality audits. The role involves coaching field staff, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring adherence to installation standards to foster a culture of quality across projects.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 5+ years in the field, and travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

Conducts Quality inspections to ensure Faith Quality Advantage processes and installation standards are followed safely.
Participates in cross-functional teams to improve job site quality processes.
Provides valid statistical information and analyses to the Commissioning Manager.
Guides field employees, project supervisors, and management on job site quality matters.
Coaches and develops employees on audits and issues that arise on site.
Performs Project Expectations Review with project leadership and suggests corrective actions to teams.
Defines work scope, communicates objectives, and delegates tasks clearly.
Monitors and measures the performance of teams and individuals.
Participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring programs as appropriate.
Performs other related duties as required.
