Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 10+ years field experience.
• Journeyman's or Master’s License required.
• 75% travel and flexible schedule, including nights/weekends/holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure Faith Quality Advantage processes and standards are followed.
• Provide on-site coaching and development to field employees.
• Develop commissioning schedules and coordinate with project leadership.
• Lead QA/QC and CX activities and provide actionable feedback to managers.
