Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality and Commissioning Program Manager to ensure high quality and smooth commissioning across multiple projects for designated clients.

You will help with project setup, provide expertise in quality management, and support training development while guiding smaller program efforts and geographical needs. The role requires 6 years of electrical experience, leadership in quality management and commissioning, and travel about 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 6 years of electrical experience and leadership including proven quality management and commissioning on large-scale projects.
• Experience developing and executing training programs is highly desirable.
• Travel: 50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Quality and Commissioning Program Manager for designated clients.
• Assist in project setup and startup phases, bridging until a full-time PM is assigned.
• Attend program-level meetings to ensure alignment with client expectations and goals.
• Oversee site meetings to drive consistency and uphold quality standards.
• Develop and execute training programs to enhance team skills.
• Report to the Commissioning Operations Leader and coordinate with the Program Manager.
