Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
• 6 years of electrical experience with leadership in quality management and commissioning on large-scale projects.
• Experience in developing and executing training programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Quality and Commissioning Program Manager for specific high-profile clients.
• Assist in project setup and startup phases, bridging the gap until a full-time Project Manager is assigned.
• Attend program-level meetings to align with client expectations and goals.
• Regularly attend client site meetings to drive consistency and share lessons learned.
• Interview field-level personnel up to Field Managers to uphold quality and commissioning standards.
• Provide guidance on program quality and commissioning requirements and resolve issues as they arise.
• Lead and oversee specific program efforts and manage smaller geographic needs and tasks.
• Oversee subcontracting of QXL help when needed and manage external resources.
• Develop and execute training programs and coordinate with team members for coverage.
• Report to the Commissioning Operations Leader with dotted line to Program Manager for projects in the designated program.
• Assist in managing construction tools on-site to ensure operational readiness.
