Qualifications

• 6 years electrical experience with leadership in quality and commissioning on large-scale projects.
• Experience developing and executing training programs is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and adapt to project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality and Commissioning Program Manager role for select high-profile clients.
• Assist in project setup and startup until a full-time PM is assigned.
• Attend program meetings to align with client expectations and goals.
• Drive site quality management at client locations and ensure lessons learned are shared.
• Provide SME guidance on program quality and commissioning requirements.
