Job summary

• Supervise and provide directions to a group of hourly inspectors in HSMC-N.
• Lead employee engagement and continuous improvement with focus on safety, quality, and delivery.
• Perform daily supervisory responsibilities including time & attendance management, training compliance, and job assignments.
• Establish work schedules considering customer requirements and resources.
• Provide leadership and direction with team-building through toolbox meetings, effective communications, and developing an efficient responsive team.
• Demonstrate dedication to Quality, Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and continuous improvement.
