Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT, seeks a Quality Cell Leader for the Hot Section Module Center-North. You will supervise about 40 inspectors, set priorities, and drive improvements with daily supervision, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead safety, quality, and delivery improvements, reinforce CORE/ACE/Six Sigma practices, and ensure alignment with customer requirements. This role is onsite and offers key growth opportunities in a world-class aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 5+ years in operations or shop environment
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
• Associate's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; or 12 years without degree

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of hourly inspectors in HSMC-N
• Lead employee engagement and continuous improvement focused on safety, quality, delivery
• Manage time & attendance, training compliance, and job assignments
• Establish work schedules aligned with customer requirements and resources
• Provide leadership through toolbox meetings and effective communication
• Drive CORE operating system for customer-oriented results and excellence
