Responsibilities include coordinating training, time and attendance, scheduling, and ensuring safety, quality and delivery. You will collaborate with support groups and management to meet production goals and customer

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 5+ years in operations or shop environment.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 12+ years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~40 inspectors in HSMC-N.
• Drive safety, quality, and delivery through engagement and improvements.
• Supervise time & attendance, training compliance, and job assignments.
• Establish work schedules aligned with customer requirements and resources.
• Provide leadership through daily toolbox talks and effective communications.
• Demonstrate commitment to Quality, EHS, and continuous improvement.
• Support CORE operating system and customer satisfaction initiatives.
