Job summary

Master Electronics in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an energetic Quality Assurance Trainer to onboard new associates across all DC processes through classroom instruction and hands-on, one-on-one training. We’re looking for an energetic and engaging Quality AssuranceTrainer to support new associates through classroom instruction and hands-on, one-on-one training across all distribution center processes. This role plays an important part in helping new hires understand our operations, follow company guidelines, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to succeed in their roles.

Pay Range: $18.00/Hourly

What you will do?

• Able to adapt training approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual in a dynamic, evolving setting
• Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklifts, pallet jacks, and Joeys is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience working in a distribution center
• 1+ years of experience leading a team is preferred
• Prior experience in training or onboarding in a high-volume Distribution Center is highly desirable
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 70 pounds as needed
• Ability to work primarily while standing, bending, stooping, and/or walking for up to 8-10 hours daily
