Job summary

Monogram-Management-Services-Inc is seeking a Quality Assist 1st shift to ensure snack food quality through testing and analysis. You will gather samples for weight, moisture, salometer, and pH checks, complete QC paperwork, and verify packaging integrity.

The job requires adherence to GMP/HAACP, after-hours work as needed, and teamwork. Responsibilities include communicating QC issues with PMO and supervisor, maintaining clean work areas, and performing micro swabs and sanitation inspections.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of common QC techniques and procedures.
• Intermediate level math and writing skills.
• Ability to test and read scales and complete paperwork accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with GMP/HAACP procedures and QA practices.

Responsibilities

• Gather samples to perform weight, moisture, salometer and pH checks.
• Complete quality control paperwork and forward to recipients.
• Inspect packaging seals, dates, vacuum, and case counts.
• Communicate quality issues to PMO and supervisor.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow GMP/HAACP rules.
• Perform pre-operational sanitation inspections and micro swab procedures.
• Assist with other assigned tasks.
