Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support the QA team in upholding food safety and quality policies. You will monitor materials and products, enforce GMPs, perform inspections, and assist with CCP verifications and calibrations.

The role requires 18+ years, basic computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production setting. Prior QA or manufacturing exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 6+ months of quality or related experience.
• Production/manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of USDA/FDA regulations, 3rd party audits, GMPs, SSOPs, HACCP, and process control.
• Proficient computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor existing product SKUs and recommend improvements with R&D.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products.
• Enforce GMPs and HACCP principles.
• Complete pre-operational inspections morning and evening.
• Monitor equipment calibration, label checks, and thermometer readings.
• Support production area housekeeping and CCP verifications.
