Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking a Quality Ass I (MV1 QA Assist 1st shift) to ensure snack food product quality through testing and analysis of product and packaging. The role requires flexibility to work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities include sampling for weight, moisture, salometer and pH checks, completing QC paperwork, and communicating quality issues to PMO and supervisor. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team, and capable of using

This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.

Primary Function:

Ensure the quality Snack Food products through testing and analysis of product and packaging.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather samples to perform weight, moisture, salometer and ph checks on product
• Complete all quality control paperwork and forward to appropriate recipients
• Check packaging for integrity of seals, dates, vacuum, and proper caddie and case counts
• Communicate with PMO and supervisor on quality issues
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow GMP/HAACP procedures
• Pre-operational sanitation inspections daily
• Perform micro swab procedures.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned
