Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the 2nd and 3rd shifts in York, PA, to support food safety and quality across receiving, processing, baking, packaging, and shipping. The role focuses on regulatory, GFSI, and customer requirements, product evaluation, audits, and incident investigations.

You will lead shift quality program compliance, manage holds of non-conforming materials, perform GMP/CCP monitoring, and collaborate with operations to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality program compliance during the shift including internal audits and holds.
• Evaluate bakery products and packaging for conformance and address nonconformances.
• Verify GMP, CCP, and preventive controls monitoring throughout the plant.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve safety and quality issues.
• Conduct incident investigations and support root-cause analysis.
