FGF Brands is seeking a Third Shift Quality Assurance Technician to monitor production, sample testing, and ensure food safety practices across our bakery facilities in the United States. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to GMP and HACCP standards.

You will record results, investigate quality issues, and support continuous improvement with data analysis. A 2-year degree in lab/food science and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2-year degree in laboratory or food science or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of statistics and SPC fundamentals.
• Experience with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to function in a team environment.
• English reading/writing proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Monitor samples and record food-safe production practices.
• Investigate product or raw material quality problems and implement corrective actions.
• Fry off samples and evaluate results.
• Audit sample data for IPM system use.
• Identify process problems using statistical analysis.
• Monitor incoming raw materials against specifications.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and HACCP standards.
• Support other departments through auditing.
