Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is recruiting for a Quality Technician to enforce quality programs in our powder manufacturing environment. You will review products across incoming, in-process, and final stages, ensure compliance with federal/state laws and internal standards, and collaborate with production teams to drive improvements.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior quality experience in regulated settings, and familiarity with SAP. Evening shift, ample benefits, and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Review, verify and test products across the three stages of production to ensure quality and food safety levels.
• Ensure compliance to federal and state laws, as well as GPN standards, and maintain documentation to support quality control activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements to reduce defects, increase efficiency, and enhance overall product quality.
• Communicate effectively with production teams, QA supervisor, managers and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues and provide feedback.
• Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment, instruments, and tools for accuracy and precision.
• Perform verification and direct observation of food safety checks such as screens, magnets and x-ray to ensure product integrity.
• Perform cleaning verifications using ATP swabs and visual inspections to approve manufacturing rooms prior to production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality programs during manufacturing and storage.
• Document and verify quality checks and test results.

• Communicate findings and corrective actions to teams and leadership.
• Maintain and calibrate QC equipment to ensure precision.
