Qualifications

• 2+ years QA in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Good attendance and reliability.

• Basic math, measurement conversions, and run-rate calculations.
• Leadership by example within the QA team.
• Ability to apply common sense and follow instructions.

• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50+ pounds and maintain pace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure analytical, microbiological, sensory attributes and corporate compliance to standards.
• Perform assigned laboratory testing and verify equipment calibration.
• Monitor facility operations for SQF, GMPs and food safety compliance.
• Collaborate with production to ensure quality checks are in place.
• Document results and assist with audits and record keeping.
• Report quality issues to Quality Supervisor.
