Job summary

Bakerly in Easton, PA is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support food safety and quality systems in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on role involves monitoring controls, collecting samples, and documenting results to drive continuous improvement.

Reporting to the QA Supervisor, this 3rd shift in-person position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to respond quickly to issues.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of QA experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to GMPs and safety rules.
• Excellent documentation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process controls (CCP, Allergen Control, Foreign Material Control, Labeling Requirements, Package Integrity, Product Specifications) and GMPs; ensure adherence to safety and quality programs.
• Collect, analyze, and document samples (microbiological/chemical testing) and assess product texture and shelf-life.
• Lead investigations into incidents and customer feedback; implement preventive actions and communicate findings clearly.
