Job summary

Bakerly LLC in Easton, PA is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to monitor and enforce food safety and quality programs in a fast-paced production environment. You will perform sampling, data analysis, and corrective actions under the QA Supervisor, on a third shift, in-person.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team, and strong problem-solving skills to support product quality across all materials and processes. Relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED required.
• 1-3 years QA experience in food/beverage/pharmaceutical manufacturing or related.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong risk assessment and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process controls (CCP, Allergen Control, Foreign Material Control, Labeling, Package Integrity, Product Specifications).
• Perform sample collection for microbiological and chemical testing and analyze texture and shelf-life.
• Document, monitor, and analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Maintain understanding of products, materials, and processes.
• Lead investigations of incidents and customer feedback and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate with operations to address out-of-specifications in real time.
• Keep laboratory equipment maintained and safe per health and safety standards.
