ManpowerGroup is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician Level 2 for a client in the food production industry in Manawa, WI. The role supports product integrity and safety within the Quality Assurance department, with a 2nd shift from 1pm to 9pm and a pay rate of $24.70 per hour through December 2025.

You will test ingredients and finished products, document results, inspect equipment for cleanliness and safety, and monitor process conditions.

Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team through the end of December 2025.

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting product integrity and safety. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:

Quality Assurance Technician Level 2

Location:

Manawa, WI

Shift:

2 nd shift: Mon -Fri, 1pm -9 pm

Pay Rate:

$24.70/Hour

What's the Job?

• Test and qualify ingredients, premixes, blends, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Document results and identify quality issues, placing products on hold as necessary.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and areas for cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Familiarize yourself with and utilize various testing methods and equipment.
• Monitor temperature and humidity controls to ensure optimal product conditions.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to pass sensory tests with an approved rating.
• Minimum of 6-12 months experience in a related field
• Valid Driver’s License; HACCP certification may be required.
