Job summary

PS Seasoning in Iron Ridge, Wisconsin is seeking a QA Technician for 2nd or 3rd shift. This role focuses on food safety and quality, and you will participate in inspecting, testing, and releasing products to meet specifications.

The ideal candidate has experience in food manufacturing QA, familiarity with HACCP and GMPs, and is capable of handling up to 60 lbs, with strong communication and teamwork skills. AA degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing QA role with working knowledge of HACCP and GMPs preferred.
• AA degree in a science-related field preferred, not required.
• Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal; ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, sampling, testing, and weighing product to ensure it meets specifications.
• Receiving, testing, and releasing raw materials and finished products.
• Identifying non-compliant products and initiating hold procedures.
• Observing production processes and adjusting when necessary to maintain quality.
• Conducting allergen testing and monitoring critical control points (CCPs) daily.
• Performing and documenting pre-operation inspections and routine audits.
• Supporting customer, SQF, third-party, and internal audits.
• Reviewing product labels for accuracy and compliance.
• Upholding all GMP, HACCP, personal hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Pitching in on other QA tasks as assigned.

Salary Range: $22.00 To $25.00 Hourly

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our fast-paced production team and help us uphold the highest standards in food manufacturing. Hours: 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm) or 3rd Shift (10:00pm - 6:00am)

What You'll Do:

As a key player in our quality assurance team, you’ll be on the front lines of food safety and compliance. Responsibilities include:

What You Bring to the Table:
