ManpowerGroup, the parent company of Experis, is seeking a Quality Technician to join the Quality Department in Clark, New Jersey. The role focuses on supporting regulatory and customer quality requirements and creating documentation across multiple work centers.

You will review RCA effectiveness, assist with change controls, and contribute to maintaining SOPs and quality records. This position offers an hourly W2 arrangement with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience in Manufacturing with strong emphasis on quality.
• Experience with FDA and ISO guidelines, including SOPs, auditing, and documentation requirements.
• Experience in statistical sampling and conducting tests on packaging components, bulk, and finished goods.
• Targeting 3–5 years of experience in packaging inspection.
• Experience with document management, SOP and records review, and performing various administrative tasks related to quality documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to Contract Manufacturers and OMA Quality Managers to help meet the L'Oreal Quality System and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Create and issue technical dossiers across 5 work centers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with quality expectations.
• Create and issue costing dossiers for the RFQ process, supporting informed decisions with well-documented technical inputs.
• Review submitted root cause analysis (RCA) for thoroughness and effectiveness to eliminate nonconformances.
• Close open change controls and review, update, or create SOPs, work instructions, or OPLs as needed within the group.

Job Title: Quality Technician

Location: Clark, New Jersey

Pay Range: $24 - $26/hr on W2

What's the Job?
