Job summary

Bonduelle Fresh Americas is seeking a QA Tech 1 for its Irwindale, CA plant. You will support QA leads in ensuring food safety and quality, including finished goods checks and PCT testing. This role requires attention to detail, ability to log and sample products, conduct seal tests, and log non-conformances.

You may work in a cold, wet environment and must lift up to 50 pounds. GED/HS diploma is required. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities in a leading plant-based foods

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in QA tasks.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; basic math comprehension.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced plant environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs repeatedly.
• GED/High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GMP/PPE/Safety, HACCP & Sanitation guidelines and processes.
• Understand and implement product sampling and PCT sampling procedures.
• Sample finished product for Hold & Release PCT, prepare logs and submit samples.
• Conduct seal integrity tests on finished products and coordinate PMO/SMO adjustments.
• Identify non-conformances and report to PMO/SMO and production leads for follow-up.
• Log leaks, non-conformances, and sample submissions in QA database.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
