Job summary

Bonduelle Fresh Americas is seeking a QA Tech 1 to join our plant team in Georgia. The role supports QA leads in safeguarding food safety and quality, conducting finished goods checks and PCT sampling, and ensuring 100% seal integrity.

Responsibilities include maintaining GMP/Safety practices, logging issues in the QA system, and supporting the Hold & Release process for customer tests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English; basic math.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs as part of daily duties.
• Willingness to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced 24-hour plant environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP/Safety guidelines and sanitation processes.
• Understand and execute product sampling and Hold & Release testing per customer/cQA procedures.
• Sample finished products for Hold & Release tests and manage logs/submissions.
• Perform seal integrity tests and coordinate equipment adjustments to ensure compliance.
• Identify non-conformances and communicate with PMO/SMO and production leads for quick resolution.
• Maintain Haug tank conditions and monitor water level; log issues in QA database.
