Bonduelle Americas is hiring a QA Technician I to help ensure food safety and product quality in a fast-paced facility. You will perform routine quality checks, collect samples, and document results to support the QA team and customer testing.

The role emphasizes adherence to GMP/HACCP guidelines, meticulous record-keeping, and collaboration with production teams in a cold, wet environment. Starting pay is $19.30 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Comfortable working in a cold, wet, fast-paced 24/7 production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs multiple times per shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Follow all GMP, PPE, safety, HACCP, and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform finished product inspections and sampling for customer testing (Hold & Release).
• Collect and prepare product samples according to established QA and customer procedures.
• Complete required logs and documentation for sampling and testing.
• Conduct seal integrity tests on finished products and report issues to production teams.
• Identify, document, and report quality non-conformances for immediate follow-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and water levels of the Haug tank throughout the shift.
• Enter sample submissions, leaks, and non-conformances into the QA system.
• Support other QA tasks as assigned.
