Job summary

Intervala, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor in Mount Pleasant, PA to lead the RMA & MRB processes and coordinate a cross-functional team of Failure Analysis, Repair, and Quality Technicians. The role focuses on timely handling of nonconforming materials, root-cause analysis support, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in manufacturing and 2+ years in a quality role, an associate degree, and familiarity with ISO9001/ISO13485/AS9100.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of experience in a Quality Role.
• Associate’s degree in technical or business-related field.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO13485, and/or AS9100.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the RMA Rework Team.
• Serve as operational owner of the customer RMA lifecycle; manage intake, evaluation, testing, rework, and return shipping handoffs.
• Lead the internal Material Review Board (MRB) to ensure traceability, containment, documentation, and timely disposition of nonconforming materials and products.
• Partner with the Supplier Quality and Purchasing teams to support supplier corrective actions and assist with data capture for monitoring supplier performance.
• Monitor nonconforming material and RMA trends; maintain ERP/QMS records and prepare analyses and monthly reports.
