Job summary

Intervala, LLC in Mount Pleasant, PA seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the RMA rework team, own the customer RMA lifecycle, and drive MRB activities to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. The role partners with supplier quality and purchasing to monitor supplier performance and supports audits.

The position requires a technical degree and several years in manufacturing/quality, with strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• 2 years in a quality role.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO13485 and/or AS9100.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RMA Rework Team and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Own customer RMA lifecycle from intake to return shipping.
• Lead MRB to ensure disposition of nonconforming materials.
• Support supplier corrective actions and monitor supplier performance.
• Prepare monthly quality reports for management.
• Assist audits and maintain compliance with quality standards.

Associate’s degree in technical or business-related field
