Intervala, LLC in Mount Pleasant, PA is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the RMA & MRB functions, manage nonconforming materials, and drive root cause analysis within the quality team.

The role partners with Operations, Engineering, and Customer Service to ensure regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and continued product quality, while supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Supervise RMA Rework Team and coordinate activities.
• Own the customer RMA lifecycle from intake to return shipping.
• Lead MRB activities for disposition of nonconforming materials.
