Job summary

Micro Matic USA is seeking a Quality Technician to lead the quality processes across incoming inspection, RMA, DMR and IQAF. You will support the production floor with FAI’s, MRB maintenance, and calibration reporting.

The role requires strong documentation skills and attention to detail to ensure quality from vendor through final product. Key duties include creating DMRs, issuing rework orders, maintaining calibration systems, and assisting with QA hold dispositions.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing quality roles and QA documentation.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000, 5S, and TQM preferred.
• Ability to travel between Micro Matic locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection and document results.
• Create DMRs and communicate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Produce rework orders and maintain calibration system.
• Support production with quality issue resolution.
• Maintain quarantine locations and perform IQAF inspections.
• Calibrate gages and manage gagetrak inventory.
• Establish and maintain golden samples.
• Assist with RMA, IQAF, MRB processes.
