Job summary

Campbell Soup Company, Maxton, NC, is seeking a Quality Manager Aseptic to lead the aseptic quality area, oversee line installations, product releases, and maintenance of QA systems in line with USDA/FDA standards.

You will manage the aseptic lab, drive CAPA and lean initiatives, supervise technicians, and coordinate audits, regulatory activities, and cross-functional projects to assure food safety and product quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of Quality Assurance manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years in aseptic quality or production; Better Process Control Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of USDA and FDA regulations and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Aseptic Area Management: lead food safety and quality systems, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Aseptic Laboratory Management: supervise lab activities and ensure proper sampling and testing.
• General QA Management: conduct audits, manage holds, CAPA and corrective actions.
• Back-up to QA Director: support regulatory audits and cross-functional coordination.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for new lines, product changes and start-ups.
