Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in Franklin, Wisconsin, is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead lab teams at a new 340,000 sq ft conversion facility opening in 2023.

The role supports the cheese network expansion and requires strong GMP, safety and quality policy adherence. You will supervise lab staff, train personnel, plan and direct work, resolve product and employee issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-based area or 2 years demonstrated laboratory lead experience in dairy manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, LIMS application, SAP preferred.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises lab employees to maximize productivity while upholding high quality and food safety standards.
• Trains employees, plans, assigns, and directs work, addressing product and employee complaints and resolving problems.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration to improve processes and outcomes.
