Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years in QA/ manufacturing in pharma/ compounding environments.
• Hands-on experience in aseptic operations and cleanrooms.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the site QA team, including scheduling, onboarding, and coaching.
• Conduct routine audits of compounding, production, cleaning, environmental monitoring, and validation records for compliance with cGMP/GDP and USP standards.
• Oversee labeling verification, line clearances, and supplier qualification documentation.
• Support QA with customer complaints, investigations, and CAPA tasks; coordinate testing and data collection.
• Maintain site quality metrics and trend data for management review.
• Act as first-line authority for routine product/material staging and release based on verified testing.
