Strive Pharmacy, a personalized compounding pharmacy in Tampa, seeks a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure SOP-compliance, review documentation, and support product release. The role emphasizes precision, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with QA teams to uphold patient care standards.

Qualified candidates have a high school credential with relevant experience; aseptic knowledge and USP familiarity are a plus. Onsite work with a daytime schedule and hourly pay between $24 and $26.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED with relevant work experience.
• Experience: 2+ years in a quality or manufacturing department within a highly regulated industry.
• SOP Proficiency: Read, understand, follow, and report on SOPs.
• Knowledge of USP <797>, USP <790> standards.

Responsibilities

• Product & Process Inspection: inspect for defects and particulates; assist in validations.
• Environmental Monitoring: monitor personnel and document results as needed.
• Documentation Review: review cleaning records, logs, and alarms for completeness.
• Material & Label Control: verify materials meet specs and assist with release.
• Quality Events & Investigations: document non-conformances and trigger investigations.
• Records & Maintenance: maintain calibration and training records and certifications.
• Audit & Team Support: assist with internal and external audits and meetings.
