Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED with relevant work experience.
• Experience: 2+ years in quality/manufacturing in a highly regulated industry (pharma, medical devices, consumer products, or allied health) prefered.
• SOPs: Able to read, understand, follow, and report on Standard Operating Procedures.
• Clear understanding of USP standards.

Responsibilities

• Product & Process Inspection: inspect for defects, leaks, particulates; support media fill validations.
• Environmental Monitoring: monitor personnel environmental conditions and document findings.
• Documentation Review: review compounding records, cleaning logs, inventory sheets, temperature logs, and BMS alarms; ensure current docs are on the floor.
• Material & Label Control: verify raw materials meet specs, manage labeling reconciliation, assist with release/movement.
• Quality Events & Investigations: document non-compliance; initiate events and route samples for lab analysis; disposition issues.
• Records & Maintenance: maintain quality records (calibration, maintenance, training, certifications).
• Audit & Team Support: assist audits and participate in QA meetings.
