Strive Compounding Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure site‑specific SOP compliance and support product release activities. You will perform documentation reviews, inspections, and labeling verification in a cleanroom environment.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma, 2 years in a regulated quality or manufacturing setting, and proven SOP proficiency. This full-time onsite role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED with relevant work experience.
• Minimum 2 years in quality or manufacturing within a highly regulated industry.
• Proven experience reading, understanding, following, and reporting on Standard Operating Procedures.

Mansioni

• Product & Process Inspection: Inspect for defects, leaks, and particulates and assist in media fill validations.
• Environmental Monitoring: Conduct environmental monitoring of personnel as needed and maintain records.
• Documentation Review: Review compounding activities, cleaning records, inventory sheets, temperature logs, and alarms.
• Material & Label Control: Verify raw materials meet specs and assist with release and movement.
• Quality Events & Investigations: Document non‑compliance and initiate quality events under supervisor guidance.
• Records & Maintenance: Maintain calibration, maintenance, training logs, and Certificates of Analysis.
• Audit & Team Support: Support audits and participate in Quality Manager meetings.
