• Lead the distribution center's quality system to deliver high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products and drive continuous improvement in quality and food safety.
• Direct deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site, aligning procedures with key metrics and business objectives.
• Collaborate with management to set site priorities based on local needs and the Quality Strategy.
• Support implementation of International Featured Standards and promote a strong quality mindset throughout the center.
• Maintain an efficient Quality Management System with corrective actions, internal audits, and quality training programs.
• Analyze data and trends to drive continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems using digital solutions.
• Manage quality incidents and stock recovery, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
