Reyes Holdings seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the distribution centre's quality system, ensuring high-quality, safe, and compliant products. You will govern the QMS, deploy the Quality Strategy, and drive improvements in quality and food safety across the site.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required with 4+ years related experience or High School Diploma with 7+ years specific experience.
• Leadership experience is expected (0–3+ years for the alternative path).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the distribution centre's quality system as QA Supervisor to ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant products.
• Govern the Quality Management system and drive continuous improvement in quality and food safety.
• Direct deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site and align procedures with business objectives.
• Collaborate with management to set site priorities based on the Quality Strategy.
• Support implementation of International Featured Standards and promote a strong quality mindset.
• Sustain an efficient QMS with corrective actions, internal audits, and training programs.
• Drive continuous improvement of QMS through data analysis and trend evaluation.
• Manage quality incidents and stock recovery with corrective/preventive actions.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the distribution centre's quality system as the Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products, govern the Quality Management system, implement the organization's quality strategy, and drive continuous improvement in quality and food safety

• Direct the deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site, enhancing procedures to meet key metrics aligned with business objectives

• Collaborate with the management team to establish site priorities based on local needs and the Quality Strategy

• Support the implementation of International Featured Standards and promote a strong Quality mindset and behavior throughout the Distribution Center

• Sustain an efficient Quality Management System in compliance with standards, including corrective actions, internal audits, and quality training programs

• Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems through data analysis and trend evaluation using digital solutions

• Manage Quality incidents and Stock Recovery at the Distribution Center, ensuring the implementation of relevant corrective and preventive actions

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
