Job summary

Lineage Logistics seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor in McAllen, TX to lead a safety‑driven QA program and daily operations. You will supervise staff, enforce SOPs, and ensure product quality through audits, labeling accuracy, and root-cause analysis.

The role requires strong communication, Office proficiency, and hands‑on leadership in a fast‑paced food production setting, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends for audits or customer inspections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ safety experience in a logistics, industrial, or related environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills with emphasis on guiding and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Ensure safe practices outlined by the safety program, SOPs and WI are followed.
• Inspect, audit and verify all inbound and outbound product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure accuracy and legal obligations of all labels are met.
• Complete daily walkthrough system checks.
• Manage complaints and non-conformance issues, including root cause and corrective actions.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and safe throughout shift; follow sanitation schedule.
• May need to ensure all glass controls are managed effectively.
• Maintain equipment calibration checks.
• Identify facility training and support needs on quality systems, policies, procedures and processes.
