Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the 1st or 2nd shift in Dallas. You will supervise a team, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate with Operations leadership to meet service standards.

The role requires flexibility to cover shifts and maintain performance across the facility. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehouse leadership, experience with WMS, and the ability to work in extreme temperatures while lifting up to 40

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends when needed.
• Comfortable working in cold or hot storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and organize merchandise to maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records.
• Generate and send reports to plant personnel; monitor sales, record control, and purchasing activities.
• Operate machinery and material handling equipment; resolve employee issues and complete projects as assigned.
