Job summary

Lineage Logistics seeks an hands-on operations leader to run daily production operations at our Houston facility on 2nd shift, Mon-Fri 4:30pm-1:20am. You will supervise warehouse teams, drive continuous improvement, and mentor the next generation of talent.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll work with Operations leadership to meet service, quality, safety and productivity standards, manage schedules, and provide timely reports to plant leadership while maintaining a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule and shift, including potential weekends.
• Comfortable in cold and dry storage environments with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties to the warehouse team.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records.
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing.
• Work with machinery and material handling equipment; resolve issues and complete projects.

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility.
