Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse Associate to plan, assign, and direct the daily work of teammates in a designated area of the Milwaukee facility. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards while performing loading/unloading tasks and operating forklifts.

The role requires 3 years in a warehouse or logistics setting, ability to lift 40 lbs, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments, from -20F to 100F, with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading and forklift operation.
• Handle and document daily inspections of equipment and inbound/outbound trailers.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Provide coaching and feedback to warehouse associates.

Partner with Operations Leadership to make sure all functions of the warehouse are completed.
