Job summary

Encompass Community Supports seeks a Quality Analyst Supervisor to lead the QA team, ensure program and records compliance, and support regulatory audits. The role focuses on health information, quality improvement, and policy development within the agency.

You will supervise three analysts, collaborate with leadership, and drive continuous improvement across treatment records and compliance processes. This position emphasizes data reporting and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• At least five years of experience in human services or health information program evaluation.
• Preferred: quality assurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement and program evaluation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA team of three quality analysts and oversee daily QA functions.
• Report to Associate Executive Director and attend committees as determined by leadership.
• Provide data or reporting to Executive leadership and Board of Directors as needed.
• Facilitate weekly QA team meetings and advise on challenging issues.
• Supervise QA On-Call schedule and PTO requests.
• Lead QA trainings for staff.
• Liaise with regulators on medical records and outside reviews.
• Develop policies for agency records archives and ensure compliance.
