Job summary

A quality assurance firm is looking for Quality Assurance Representatives to work remotely. As an agent, you will assess customer service by making mystery shopper calls. You have the flexibility to set your own schedule. Responsibilities include completing test calls, evaluating customer service, and documenting your experience. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines. Pay ranges from $2 per call or $20 for a completed list with more than 8 calls.

About the job Quality Assurance Representative

This is a remote position.

QA Synergy is currently seeking to 10 agents for Quality Assurance Specialist.

As a quality assurance agent, you will make calls to various companies as a mystery shopper to assess the performance of the customer service department.

You provide feedback via a detailed form that we present to our clients to allow them to make any necessary improvements. Your opinion matters!

It’s that simple! We provide the client; you make the call!

You will set your own schedule, so you are able to work anytime that fits YOUR schedule.

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete a test call
• Call all companies provided via assigned lists
• Evaluate the level of customer service provided by answering representatives
• Document detailed information of overall experience
• Complete review submission form prior to the required deadline
• Ensure that form is free of errors and misinformation

Pay Rate

($2 per call for 7 calls or less) or ($20 per completed list with 8 calls or more)
