Job summary

Thompson is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist in North Carolina to oversee compliance with internal and external standards and support Continuous Quality Improvement across programs serving ages 0-18 and families, both virtually and in person.

You will monitor COA accreditation readiness, help update policies, develop CQI forms, and liaise with leadership and stakeholders to address compliance concerns while supporting program training and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
