Job summary

Crossroadsstaffing is seeking a Quality Assurance/Order Entry Representative in Oxnard, CA. The role reviews and reports fulfillment results, verifies PO data, and coordinates with departments to process orders.

You'll maintain daily order quotas, communicate with ROE, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction, with a 40-hour week from 8am to 5pm and pay between $22.00 and $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 2+ years of data/order-entry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify invoices and PO details.
• Effective written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Job Description

This position is accountable for reviewing and reporting results based on customer fulfillment activities. Verify purchase orders have been entered and updated correctly per Order Entry and Quality Assurance standards. Communicating and following up with other departments regarding requiredmissing information needed to process orders. Work accurately and efficiently to maintain daily quota of processing orders. Maintain daily communication with ROE and answer all questions they may have regarding orders being entered by the order entry team. Possess a high regard for product quality and customer satisfaction.

Skills Required

HS Diploma or GED. 2+ yrs of dataorder entry exp. Solid attention to detail and ability to verify invoices and purchase order details. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office.
