Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to strengthen QA systems, risk management, and regulatory compliance across residential services in Philadelphia and Montgomery Counties. The role focuses on audits, data analysis, licensing readiness, and collaborative improvement with program and senior leadership.

You will lead QA activities, monitor incidents, and drive continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or quality assurance.
• Experience with documentation reviews, audits, and compliance monitoring.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel daily across SE PA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance audits across residential programs.
• Review ISPs, BSPs, and other program documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify trends and areas for corrective action and quality improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to program staff on QA standards and regulatory expectations.
• Monitor licensing readiness and support responses to licensing findings.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement sustainable quality improvements.
