Zippy, a remote‑first lender specializing in manufactured‑home financing, seeks a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead pre‑ and post‑close QA across the loan lifecycle. You will coach QA analysts, ensure timely reviews, and drive improvements to reduce repeat findings while aligning with policy, investor, and regulatory standards.

Experience in manufactured housing lending is preferred; the role collaborates with Origination, Underwriting, Compliance, and Technology teams to maintain high quality

Formación

• Extensive experience leading QA in mortgage or lending operations.
• Ability to manage pre‑ and post‑close QA reviews across origination.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and root causes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee pre‑close and post‑close quality assurance reviews.
• Coach and develop QA analysts, manage performance and capacity.
• Translate QA findings into practical recommendations.
• Escalate risks and track corrective actions to closure.
• Collaborate with Origination, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance and other stakeholders.
