Job summary

The Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP) is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide maintenance and logistic services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in support of this program.

For over 35 years we have planned, coordinated, and executed the maintenance and logistic services for ground combat vehicles and support equipment for USMC Expeditionary Forces. As a Quality Manager, you will manage the Quality Management Support System, ensuring compliance with customer standards, while

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for Secret clearance.
• BA/BS degree in a scientific field or engineering discipline.
• 8 years of QA/logistics experience with 6 years in management and 4 years in supervision.
• CMQ/OE certification within 1 year of hire.
• Lean / Six Sigma experience and knowledge in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed reports of non-conformances and corrective actions for senior management.
• Lead initiatives to improve quality processes and systems for customer satisfaction.
• Direct management and coordination of quality efforts in logistics/maintenance programs.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
• Oversee internal audits and ensure certification status remains active.
• Mentor Quality personnel and align with company policies and procedures.
